beyond… was established in 1998 to conduct consultancy, research, evaluation, training, and therapy work in the human services field, with a specialist focus in youth, mental health, community health, community-based human services, Indigenous matters, consumer participation and education.
The company has engaged in solo and collaborative work in order to undertake a range of small and large-scale projects at local, state, national and international levels. In doing this, beyond… consciously adopts a horizontal rather than vertical organisational structure through nurturing relationships with a variety of consulting firms, research centres and professional colleagues who have a diversity of expertise and interest areas. This means that beyond… can choose the most appropriate people to create a team for any project. These people have a strong history of collaboration, and, where required, can work effectively across physical distances.
