Kathleen has a long history in training and teaching that predates the establishment of beyond… This previous and company based work includes:

• custom-designed training programs for local, regional, state, national or international groups,
• tertiary level curriculum development within universities, and vocational education and training (VET)
• training packages or short courses involving a series of training sessions, some of which are accredited through professional continuing education programs.
