Work with SAHLN staff to develop, prepare, facilitate and report on the outcomes of a team service review and future planning process in partnership with Sharon Gollan of SG Associates.
Staff Development Retreat (2014)
Client: Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives
Develop, prepare, facilitate and report on an organisational development workshop to strengthen internal processes and practices, and develop staff capacity in priority areas.
Team Development and Planning Retreat (2004 – 2005)
Client: Metropolitan Aboriginal Youth Team (MAYT), Department of Human Services, SA
Prepare and facilitate MAYT’s strategic planning for 2004, including through designing and facilitating a staff planning retreat, and support MAYT in implementing agreed strategies.
